Right of Withdrawal

These policies are part of our Terms and Conditions. Here are the relevant excerpts:

5. Delivery and Pickup (Excerpt from the Terms and Conditions)

Delivery is made either to a retailer of your choice or directly to your address. Pickup at the retailer is possible upon prior notification. Delivery times are specified individually during the ordering process.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions (Excerpt from the Terms and Conditions)

(1) Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. In addition, we offer you a voluntary right of return for 30 days from receipt of the goods.

(2) Conditions for Returns

Returns are only possible if the item is in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging. You must also provide a proof of purchase or other documentation.

(3) Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mocci.com. We will send you a return label and instructions for shipping the item back. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Return shipping is at your own expense and risk. Alternatively, you can return the product to the retailer who delivered it. There, a return form will be filled out together with you. The flat-rate return shipping fee is €100 (gross) and will be deducted from your refund. The flat-rate return fee of 100 € applies under our voluntary return policy. In the case of a statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 355 BGB, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

(4) Exclusions from the Right of Return

The following items are excluded from the right of return:

• Custom-made and personalized products
• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
• Gift cards
• Discounted or on-sale items

Please contact us in advance if you have any questions about specific products.

(5) Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. It may take some time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

If you have not received a refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us again at contact@mocci.com.

(6) Consequences of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs for alternative shipping methods), within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return.

We will use the same payment method you originally used for the refund. You will not incur any additional costs as a result.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary.
