What operators ask before making a decision.
Both. When purchasing, you may be eligible for the BAFA cargo bike subsidy, which covers up to 25 percent of the cost. We’ll provide the quote needed for the application and guide you through the process. When renting, you pay a monthly fee that already includes full service.
The contract term is generally 36 months. Our fleets start with as few as 2 mocci eBikes—a larger minimum fleet size is not required.
Yes. The fleet can be expanded at any time, usually even on short notice. There are no provisions for reducing the agreed-upon fleet size during the term of the contract.
The monthly fee includes the mocci eBike, along with the accessories you ordered, maintenance and service—including standard wear-and-tear parts—as well as insurance.
The customer submits the grant application themselves. We are happy to assist throughout the entire process and provide the necessary documents and information.
You don't need a driver's license or insurance to ride it—just like a regular bike, just hop on and go.
