Questions About the Bike

What operators ask before making a decision.

The frame is manufactured using industrial injection molding from high-strength, fiber-reinforced engineering plastic. No weld seams, no spokes, and no deformation even under demanding B2B conditions.

The battery can be replaced in less than 30 seconds.

Yes. The mocci is designed to be used by multiple employees. It is ergonomically designed for people between 155 and 195 cm tall, and the seat can be adjusted to fit each person in just a few seconds without tools.

With our battery capacity, we can achieve a range of about 70 km in commercial applications—enough for an entire workday in urban settings.

In the event of defects, damage, or accidents, you can quickly and easily create a ticket using our damage reporting app. Our service team will then get back to you promptly and either provide remote assistance or, if necessary, schedule an on-site appointment.

To some extent. Existing boxes and bags can be attached to the mocci using the appropriate adapters. We’d be happy to work with you to determine which solutions are available for your existing equipment.

There is no traditional gearshift—it is simulated electronically via the software. The system automatically adjusts the assistance level based on the route and gradient. A virtual shifting mode can be activated as an option.

The mocci has no chain and no belt: When you pedal, a generator produces electrical energy that powers the electric motor in the rear wheel. The battery provides additional power.
